When we first started GSD, we devised a formula that factored in the timing, the amount of projected snow fall, the possibility for ice, and the mindsets of the Superintendents. Little did we know that we would have to take into account theGoverner's
Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker has declared that all non-emergency state personnel stay home from work tomorrow. He has also suggested that all businesses let employees work from home tomorrow if they can. We don't know for certain if Charlie Baker expects the Berkshires to follow his decrees--[Gov. CB: Wait, that county out there isn't a part of Vermont?]
Because of Governor Baker's announcement, we'll bump up the TNCM another few percentage points.
